Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Yellow Envelope Club

The Yellow Envelope Club is a monthly subscription designed to be simple, flexible, and respectful.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • You will continue to receive any envelopes already paid for

  • No future charges will be made after cancellation

There is no penalty for canceling, ever.

Refunds

Because each Yellow Envelope is prepared and mailed with care, we do not offer refunds for envelopes that have already been processed or sent.

However:

  • If your envelope arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, please contact us

  • We’re happy to replace or resend when possible
