NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the Yellow Envelope Club Ohio Stadium Poster Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The Sponsor owns, possesses, and is solely responsible for awarding and fulfilling the prize.
2. NO AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT
This Giveaway is an independent fan-organized promotion.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twenty One Pilots, its members, management, record label, tour promoter, Ohio Stadium, The Ohio State University, Ticketmaster, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social-media platform or third party referenced in promotional materials.
Twenty One Pilots and all related names, trademarks, artwork, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on 10/25/26 at 10:00 PM EDT and ends on 11/30/26 at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Giveaway Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, along with members of their immediate households and immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, visit:

and complete the official Giveaway entry form with the requested information.
The entry form may request information including:
first and last name;
email address;
state of residence;
confirmation of age and eligibility; and
agreement to these Official Rules.
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address for the entire Giveaway Period.
No purchase, payment, subscription, or charitable donation is required to enter.
Submitting multiple entries through different email addresses, identities, accounts, automated methods, scripts, bots, or other attempts to circumvent the one-entry limitation may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that entrant.
Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. EMAIL MARKETING IS OPTIONAL
Consent to receive marketing or promotional emails from Yellow Envelope Club is not required to enter or win.
If the entry form offers an opportunity to subscribe to Yellow Envelope Club communications, that option will be presented separately and must be affirmatively selected by the entrant.
Declining marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.
7. SEPARATE CHARITABLE FUNDRAISER
Yellow Envelope Club is using this Giveaway in part to bring attention to a separate charitable fundraising campaign benefiting food assistance in Ohio - HOMETOWN FPE: FOOD PANTRY EVENT.
The charitable fundraiser and this Giveaway are separate activities.
A donation to the fundraiser is not required to enter this Giveaway.
Making a donation:
does not provide an additional Giveaway entry;
does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning;
does not receive preferential consideration in winner selection; and
is not processed, collected, controlled, or received by Sponsor unless expressly stated otherwise.
An entrant may enter the Giveaway without visiting or donating to the fundraiser.
Likewise, an individual may donate to or share the fundraiser without entering the Giveaway.
Any charitable contribution is voluntary and subject to the separate terms and conditions of the fundraising platform and fundraiser organizer.
8. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) original Twenty One Pilots Ohio Stadium Poster, obtained in connection with the October 17, 2026 Ohio Stadium Twenty One Pilots hometown show.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $25 USD.
The prize will be awarded in its current condition as described or shown on the official Giveaway page.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.
The prize is not transferable before award.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs to the verified winner at an eligible U.S. mailing address.
Sponsor is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery occurring after the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.
9. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase, donation, social-media follow, share, comment, tag, or other payment or action will improve an entrant’s odds unless expressly identified as part of the single free method of entry described in Section 5.
10. RANDOM WINNER SELECTION
After the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will review the entries for eligibility and remove duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries.
Each remaining eligible entrant will have an equal chance of being selected.
One (1) potential winner will then be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The random selection is expected to occur on or about November 2, 2026.
Sponsor may maintain records documenting:
the total number of entries received;
the number of entries determined to be eligible;
duplicate or disqualified entries;
the method of random selection; and
the selected potential winner and any alternate winner.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of Sponsor’s first notification unless Sponsor specifies a longer period.
Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable verification of:
identity;
age;
U.S. residency;
eligibility;
mailing address; and
compliance with these Official Rules.
The potential winner may also be required to sign an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release where lawful, or other reasonable documentation necessary to award the prize.
If the potential winner:
cannot be contacted;
does not respond within the required time;
is determined to be ineligible;
refuses the prize;
fails to provide required verification; or
otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
A person is not considered the official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and confirmed the award.
12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Sponsor may publicly announce the winner’s first name, first name and last initial, social-media username, city/state, or other limited identifying information with the winner’s permission and as permitted by law.
Entrants should not assume they have won based on comments, direct messages, replies, tags, or accounts claiming to represent Yellow Envelope Club.
Sponsor will never require payment, credit-card information, banking information, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment in order to receive the prize.
13. TAXES
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor will provide tax documentation if required by applicable law.
14. ENTRY DATA AND PRIVACY
Information submitted through the Giveaway form will be used to administer the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner, preventing duplicate entries, maintaining Giveaway records, and fulfilling the prize.
Sponsor will not require entrants to provide payment-card information to enter.
A mailing address will not be required from all entrants and will generally be requested only from the verified winner for prize fulfillment.
Any separately authorized email-marketing subscription will be handled according to Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
15. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:
tampered with the entry process;
submitted multiple or fraudulent entries;
impersonated another person;
used bots, scripts, automated systems, or other artificial means of entry;
attempted to interfere with the operation or fairness of the Giveaway;
provided false eligibility information;
harassed Sponsor, collaborators, other entrants, or fundraiser participants; or
violated these Official Rules or applicable law.
16. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, inaccessible, or not received because of internet outages, website errors, device failures, email filtering, platform outages, or other technical problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If a technical issue materially affects the integrity or fair operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective measures, including extending the entry period, suspending entries, or conducting the random drawing from eligible entries received before the issue occurred.
17. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, platform restrictions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor will not modify the Giveaway in a manner intended to unfairly disadvantage entrants.
If the Giveaway is terminated early and it is lawful and practicable to do so, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination.
18. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, promotional collaborators, and prize-fulfillment providers from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or delivery of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
19. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner in connection with the Giveaway using limited information such as the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, or social-media username.
Any broader use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, written statement, or testimonial will require any consent required by applicable law.
20. SOCIAL-MEDIA PLATFORM RELEASE
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, and any other social-media platform used to promote the Giveaway are not sponsors or administrators of the Giveaway.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release those platforms from claims arising solely from participation in this independent Giveaway.
Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social-media platform.
21. THIRD-PARTY COLLABORATORS
Other fan accounts, creators, organizations, or social-media pages may help promote the Giveaway.
Unless expressly identified as a co-sponsor in these Official Rules, such collaborators:
do not administer the Giveaway;
do not collect entries;
do not select the winner;
do not control the prize; and
are not responsible for prize fulfillment.
The official Yellow Envelope Club Giveaway page and these Official Rules control in the event of any inconsistency between promotional posts and the Giveaway terms.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law or mandatory law in an entrant’s jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
23. WINNER INFORMATION
After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may publish limited winner information on the Yellow Envelope Club website or social-media accounts.

for up to 30 days following the drawing.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules constitute the complete rules governing the Giveaway.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
